However, the claims that have been brought by Mark Adamczyk and James Adamczyk have a significant purpose for being in federal court. Civil RICO, Violation of Constitution, False Imprisonment, and Fraud and Tax evasion are just some of the claims that name seventeen defendants in the case. The case reads something like a New York Times Bestseller. The 44 page suit has such names as Dan Marino and Darius Rucker all partying with General Motors and Morgan Stanley executives in Costa Rica. There are allegations that US Taxpayers bail out money to GM, Chrysler and Morgan Stanley was used on prostitutes in Costa Rica. James Adamczyk, who was Jack Hutchings business partner and confidant for about twenty years, brought the suit, under the new IRS Whistleblowers law signed by President Bush in Dec. 2006, against his former boss and partner, after refusing to participate in Hutchings illegal activity.
