TAMPA, FL — This Sunday, May 20, Tony Batman is doing what he likes to do best… hosting an event! Not just any event, however, this event is Skindustry’s StripperPalooza 5 at the Angel’s Gentlemens Club in Kalamazoo, MI.
StripperPalooza is a series of exotic dance competitions held in multiple cities and clubs. They draw girls from the hottest clubs and pole studios across the country to compete in three categories: Queen of the Stage, Hottest Stripper and Queen of the Pole.
The evening will have other surprises, including guest performances by A Entertainment Girl, feature entertainer and naked puppet master, Dakota Skye, and wild child, Simone Danalustrous.

It’s relatively rare for a judge to allow a defendant to withdraw a plea, said Larry Hart, a New Port Richey attorney who is not connected with this case. However, the law requires that pleas be entered knowingly and intelligently in order to be considered voluntary. If those requirements aren’t met, he said, the defendant has a valid issue to appeal.
Miles, a former stripper and daughter of a Hernando sheriff’s deputy, faces Pasco charges of attempted murder, escape, fleeing to elude law enforcement, possession of methamphetamine and DUI. Her legal issues are not affected by the Deputy John C. Mecklenburg Act signed in April. The new law, inspired by the 2011 death of a Hernando deputy whose car hit a tree during a high-speed chase, increases the charges that can be brought if an officer or bystander is killed while a suspect is fleeing law enforcement.

TAMPA — A former Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman was arrested on drug charges at a Tampa strip club Tuesday.
Torrin Tucker, a starter for the Dallas Cowboys for most of the 2003 to 2005 seasons, was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, delivery of marijuana and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, according to arrest records.
He was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday and released from a Hillsborough County jail the next morning after posting bail set at $19,500, according to arrest records.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) – A former Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman is accused of trying to sell marijuana to an undercover officer at a Tampa strip club.
Police say 32-year-old Torrin Tucker was arrested Tuesday night and charged with felony counts of cocaine possession with intent to sell, marijuana possession with intent to sell, delivery of marijuana and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. He was released from jail Wednesday on $19,500 bail.
According to an arrest report, Tucker was working security at the Hollywood Nights strip club April 18 when he sold a $20 bag of marijuana to the undercover officer.
Tucker started 24 games for the Cowboys from 2003-05. He played last year for the United Football League’s Sacramento Mountain Lions.

Judges can take days to rule on “stand your ground” motions. In Monday’s hearing, which lasted eight hours and included 10 witnesses, Judge Daniel Merritt Jr. decided in just 45 minutes to deny the defense’s motion that Siskos, 42, should be immune from prosecution.
The hearing in Siskos’ case is a by-product of Florida’s controversial “stand your ground” law signed in 2005. Though no statistics are kept on how many such hearings have been held in self-defense cases, prosecutors and defense lawyers say they’re becoming more common, even when victims suffer minor injuries or defendants have weak self-defense cases. They’ve been filed on behalf of gang members, drug dealers and in spouse abuse cases, sometimes successfully, sometimes not.
“They’re almost part of due diligence,” said Tampa defense attorney Joe Caimano, who argued a successful “stand your ground” motion before a Hillsborough County judge late last year. His client, a bouncer at a strip club, shot and injured a patron who had thrown a beer bottle in his direction.

A dozen Secret Service employees and a dozen enlisted military personnel have been implicated. Although Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said it appeared to be isolated, the agency has since confirmed it’s investigating if employees hired prostitutes and strippers ahead of President Barack Obama’s visit to El Salvador last year. The agency on Friday also announced stricter measures, including assigning chaperones on some trips to enforce new rules of conduct for agents and employees.
